Proteins are complex molecules which are vital for life. They build up skin, hair and tendon.

Proteins contribute to construct muscle.  Protein helps to repair muscle. Proteins contain amino acids to the body and help to rebuild one.

Proteins from meat link with iron and zinc which can help blood to transform oxygen.

Vegetarian can’t eat meat, so they have to eat more than normal person and use dietary supplements.
